Sk Wasim Akram / Demoody, operating under the brand name BiteFast, provides rapid, on-demand doorstep delivery of freshly prepared meals, beverages, and groceries from independent merchant partners to customers located within local delivery zones.
Orders are fulfilled from restaurants typically located within 1 to 12 kilometers of your delivery location. Standard delivery turnaround takes 25 to 45 minutes based on real-time kitchen cooking time, distance, and road traffic. Customers can track their delivery rider in real time on the in-app live GPS map.
Delivery partners deliver packages directly to your apartment or home door. For prepaid orders, customers may select “Contactless Delivery” at checkout, where the rider places the package outside your door and steps back.
Delivery partners use high-grade insulated thermal delivery bags to preserve hot and cold temperatures while protecting food from dust and moisture. Every food package is sealed by the restaurant with tamper-evident stickers before handover. If a seal is broken, refuse the delivery and contact support immediately.
Delivery partners will attempt to call your registered mobile number upon arrival and will wait at your pinned location for up to 10 minutes. If you remain unreachable, the order will be marked "Customer Unavailable", the perishable package disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
In cases of severe tropical thunderstorms, flooding, or safety hazards, deliveries may experience delays. If an order cannot be safely delivered due to natural conditions, we will proactively cancel the order and provide a 100% Full Refund.
