BiteFast welcomes multi-homing restaurants and advocates for fair, open competition in food delivery. However, we strictly uphold contractual ethics and legal compliance:

  • Non-Exclusive Listings: If your current agreements allow listing across multiple platforms, you can join BiteFast immediately with zero restrictions.
  • Exclusive Agreements: If your restaurant signed an exclusive aggregator contract, we will NOT activate your listing until you provide a written waiver, proof of contract expiry, or independent legal confirmation.
  • Zero Breach Guarantee: BiteFast will never advise or encourage you to breach an existing contract, create alter-ego shell entities, or conceal your menu. We do business transparently.

The 0% commission period lasts for exactly 30 consecutive calendar days starting from the official date your restaurant goes live on the BiteFast customer app.
No. “0% commission” means BiteFast waives its platform cut on food order sales. As disclosed above, third-party payment gateway fees (~1.8% to 2.0% + gateway tax) and standard delivery fees (paid by customers) are standard third-party pass-throughs. BiteFast does not levy any platform GST.
Incentives are paid in three stages directly into your verified bank account:
• ₹150 once KYC, menu setup, operational test order, and contract eligibility are verified.
• ₹150 after completing 10 genuine, paid, and successfully delivered customer orders.
• ₹200 after reaching 25 cumulative genuine, paid, and successfully delivered customer orders within the published campaign window.
Payouts are disbursed in the regular weekly settlement cycle following order verification.
From Day 31 onward, your restaurant transitions to your mutually agreed contractual commission (tailored between 10% to 30% net, with zero platform GST levied by BiteFast), as formally set out in your Merchant Agreement before you sign. We believe in full disclosure before onboarding.
Yes, provided your contract with other platforms is non-exclusive. Most restaurants operate on multiple platforms simultaneously without issue.
If you have signed an exclusive or restricted aggregator agreement, BiteFast will not activate your live store until that restriction is resolved via formal written waiver, contract expiry/non-renewal, or independent legal confirmation. BiteFast never encourages breach of contract or hiding listings.

No. Ethical platforms do not promise guaranteed sales volumes. BiteFast guarantees our technology, local rider dispatch network, marketing visibility, and customer app platform. Your order volume depends on consumer appetite, food quality, pricing, and restaurant operational performance.
