Data Permanently Deleted
- Full profile name, phone & email
- Saved delivery addresses
- Stored payment methods & tokens
- App preferences & favorites
- In-app chat & messaging logs
Data Retained (Legal/Audit)
- Financial invoice receipts (tax compliance)
- Past completed order transaction IDs
- Retained up to 180 days as mandated by local laws, then permanently anonymized.
Caution: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any wallet balances, loyalties, or order history will be permanently forfeited.
